Chongqing, known as the beautiful "mountain city", is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the heart of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, and is an important connection point between the "The Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River Economic Belt. As one of the national "11+5" pilot cities for “Waste-free City”, Chongqing has continuously strengthened exploration and innovation, promoted the establishment of a system and long-term mechanism with low generation of solid waste , full resource utilization and safe disposal, played an important demonstration role in promoting the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and formed a set of "Chongqing experience" that can be replicated, referenced and promoted for the construction of the national "waste-free city".

Recently, the procurement project for the complete set of construction solid waste disposal equipment for the demonstration base of renewable resource recycling in Rongchang District, Chongqing has been launched. The project adopts a technical blind evaluation method for bidding. Goldenma as the parent company of Vancen has successfully won the bid with strong technical strength, and will provide a complete set of construction solid waste disposal equipment and overall solutions for this project. It is reported that after the completion of the project, the annual processing capacity can be achieved: 1 million tons of engineering waste stones, 500000 tons of construction demolition waste, and 250000 tons of decoration waste. This truly realizes the reduction, harmless, and resource utilization of local construction and decoration waste, and promotes the local "waste-free city" construction.

It is understood that this project is the first resource recycling demonstration base in Chongqing, with a total investment of 550 million RMB and a construction land of 189 mu. Chongqing Chongjiao Renewable Resources Development Co., Ltd., in conjunction with three holding companies under the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Rongchang District, jointly established Chongqing Rongchang Chongjiao Renewable Resources Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd. for investment and construction.

The project is committed to building an environmentally friendly, intelligent and standardized demonstration base that integrates scientific research, urban waste recycling and environmental protection material recycling, which is an important measure for the pilot construction of Chongqing's "waste-free city", providing a guarantee for Chongqing's green development, and is of great significance for improving the quality of the urban ecological environment and improving the livability level of the city.

According to the project requirements, the company customized an engineering waste rock treatment production line and a construction (including decoration) waste treatment production line for the project, and the construction waste in the engineering waste rock production line can enter the construction (decoration) waste treatment line through the material adjustment system, and the two production lines can be disposed of collaboratively or operated separately, saving costs and improving resource utilization.

Engineering waste rock and construction (decoration) waste can be separated into different particle sizes of recycled stone, fine sand, recycled stone powder, recycled aggregate, as well as a small amount of iron, light impurities, residue and other substances through classification collection, pre-treatment, multi-stage crushing and sorting, achieving 100% harmless treatment and over 98% resource utilization.

The recycled aggregate disposed by Vancen resource disposal process has high purity and fine classification, which is more convenient for the promotion and application of the recycled aggregate industry chain. Among them, 0-5mm stone and 0-5mm fine sand are used to make concrete; 0-5mm aggregates are used to make concrete bricks; 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm aggregates are used to fill pits and pads, which truly realizes the double benefits of turning construction waste into treasure and realizing environmental and economic benefits.

The project adopts Vancen hydraulic flotation process, which has the characteristics of high precision, less residue and high sorting efficiency. Due to the abundant water resources in the project location, the main disposal objects of the project are engineering waste rock and construction (decoration) waste, which are not only mixed with waste plastics, waste wood, aerated concrete and other light substances, but also a considerable amount of soil.

In order to achieve more efficient material separation and improve aggregate purity, the company combines local resource advantages and the characteristics of construction waste, and adopts hydraulic flotation technology according to local conditions. By capacity reduction and impurity removal combining with process crushing, screening, magnetic separation, and wind separation, the sorting efficiency is further improved.

Through the buoyancy of water, Vancen hydraulic flotation machine can separate waste plastics, waste wood and other light substances in construction waste, and at the same time thoroughly clean the mixed soil to improve the purity and cleanliness of aggregates. The equipment is equipped with a water recycling system, and its automatic water replenishment device can adjust the amount of water according to the content of light substances in the material, which can avoid the rapid accumulation of sediment and reduce the sediment content in the water. And the sewage generated by the hydraulic flotation machine is transported to the mud filter system through pipelines and mud pumps, and the filtered clean water is returned to the water flotation equipment again through the pipeline for recycling and saving water resource.

The project adopts Vancen smart factory management system, relying on the IoT and mobile Internet technology, with the support of big data and cloud computing technology, to carry out comprehensive command and scheduling of the production process, improve the efficiency of the production line, reduce the pressure of manual operation, realize the digitalization and information management of project operation, and reserve 5G interface for the development of science and technology.

All the main equipment and belt conveyors of the project are fully sealed and packaged, and pulse bag dust collectors and spray systems are installed at equipment connections, raw material yards and belt transfer points and other places that are prone to dust generation, so as to control dust emissions within 20mg/m³, which is better than the national standard.
