The waste of the project are mainly foam brick, drywall, brick slag, plastics, films, wood from decoration. The diversity and complexity makes the separating more difficult. Our advanced system is inclusive of a series of processes, such as multi-step crushing, screening, separating. Metals in the waste are to be recycled, wood and wooden products to RDF, light matter such as foam, plastics, films, fibers and woven for WTE, brick rubbish and concrete into 0-10mm aggregate for bricks. The capacity per day is 600 tons. The recycling rate is up to 85% through our well-designed separating scheme.
